Keyboard shortcut for confirming and moving to the follwoing segment

Hello,

I am looking for the keyboard shortcut, which confirms a translation and moves the cursor to the following segment, whether it is translated or not. Does PLUS do this, or does it simply take me to the next segment without confirming the translation/change?
