Hi Russel,
I think you have to decide either to export language pairs for external review and then insert the changes manually or to use the new review function with track changes that only works if the reviewer also uses Transit.

If you do have a copy of MemoQ you could export a package from Transit, import it into MemoQ and then use the external review export in MemoQ. It´s a bit clumsy but should work.
