why can't I install transit?

I hope there is someone who could help out there, I am desperate.. :(

I am trying to install Transit software on my PC running Windows 7 x64. I run inst_transitnxt.exe as administrator but I cannot go further than the InstallAware Wizard screen. Suddenly a message box pops out and says:
"Runtime error in setup script:

Source File: inst_transitnxt
Line Number: 1103

Access violation at address 737915DA in module "version.dll". Read of address [phone removed] "

I download the file many times but it didn't work. However, when I tried to install the software on a different PC with the same installer file, it worked! Please help..!
