Topic: Cursor jumps into fuzzy match window...
Poster: Gary Hess
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to make sense of a certain Transit NXT "feature": Whenever I confirm a segment, a fuzzy lookup is performed. If there is a match, the cursor jumps into the fuzzy match window. If I'm not paying close attention to the screen, sometimes I start dictating my translation, only to discover that I'm dictating into the Source Fuzzy window.
I've even developed a habit of pressing Esc (Escape) before I start dictating a segment so the cursor jumps back to the editor window.
But I wonder if there is some benefit to this "feature" that I don't understand? Does anyone else prefer to edit translations in the Source Fuzzy window and then copy them into the target editor window?
Thanks for any insights.
Gary
