New Features
1. Shortcuts for machine translation and locking / unlocking segments
• Request machine translation: ALT + M
It is now possible to request a machine translation for the current segment via a shortcut (corresponds to the Request machine translation context menu item).
So now you have two options to get translation suggestions via shortcut:
– ALT + Enter: Fuzzy matches from the translation memory and, if necessary, MT suggestions (as before).
– ALT + M: MT suggestions only (new)
Note: For the use of MT in the editor, an MT service must be configured (Resource bar, Machine translation).
• Lock / unlock segments: CTRL + ALT + L
Locking segments prevents the segments from being accidentally edited until they are unlocked again.
Previously, segments could be locked / unlocked via the context menu only.
Now segments can also be locked CTRL + ALT + L: If the selected segment / all selected segments are unlocked, CTRL + ALT + L locks the segments (and vice versa).
If your selection contains both locked and unlocked segments, CTRL + ALT + L locks all selected segments.
